My recent visit to Toto Pizza was overshadowed by a very uncomfortable situation involving the manager. The restaurant appeared short-staffed, with one server managing the floor, & she was clearly making a strong effort to keep up with all the tables.
What stood out most, however, was the manager's behavior. He addressed her in a harsh, disrespectful tone, raising his voice & speaking to her in a way that was inappropriate-especially in front of customers. As guests, we did not appreciate witnessing that kind of confrontation, nor the rudeness & lack of professionalism displayed. She deserves to be treated with respect, & I hope this is taken into consideration moving forward. I've been there numerous times & she is such an attentive waitress polite & very professional & helpful. She a delightful person.

The manager's behavior was highly unprofessional. He raised his voice, used disrespectful language, & called the employee names, creating a tense & unpleasant atmosphere for both staff & customers. It was especially upsetting to witness, as the server was clearly doing her best under difficult circumstances that were beyond her control.
I felt genuinely sorry for the way she was treated. No employee deserves to be spoken to in such a manner, particularly in a public setting. I want to emphasize that her service has always been excellent every time I've visited, & she consistently demonstrates professionalism & dedication.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously & works toward creating a more respectful & supportive work environment. It would not only benefit the staff but also greatly improve the overall customer experience.

The food was ok the place may need renovation haven't tried the whole menu but the gyro was good my friend ordered pizza it was pretty well done also. But for some reason it smells really strong of fragrance & some of the food tastes like it
I went to ToTo with my family, on a commender des different plates, mais franchement tout étais parfait, les pizza & les sous-marine étaient extra ordinaire & le poutine mon dieu 🤤🤤🤤
Nous avons commandé 2 sous marins steak pepperoni all dress un 10 pouces & un 14 pouces ….Très déçu il y avait très peu de viande dedans ça goûtait à peine par contre beaucoup de salade & le pain à pizza étaient excellent mais pour le prix il n'avait vraiment pas assez de viande…Livraison rapide
Meilleur pizza que j'ai manger. Service impécable & très sympathique. De beau moments! Je vous le recommande. Vous ne regretterez pas le déplacement! Bon appétit! 😊
The Souvlaki pita plate for 20 bucks feeds two & if you want, a doggy bag. Subs are made with regular or pizza dough, dough is my go to. Everything is prepared fresh every day. Being that we live in Ontario & can only go on weekends, say hi to the weekend server for us, she is a hoot & very professional. Enjoy!
Petit resto tranquil, à déjà été plus populaire, mais plusieurs changement de propriétaires. La nourriture est correcte, la pizza a du vrai bacon & est bien garnie. Le croûte moyenne mais quand même bonne. Nous étions seul & le service etait ok.
