I would like to share a concerning experience regarding the management at Toto Pizza. During my recent visit, it was clear that the restaurant was understaffed, with only one server managing multiple tables. Despite her evident effort to attend to every customer as efficiently as possible, the situation became uncomfortable when the manager began yelling at her in front of the entire restaurant.

The manager's behavior was highly unprofessional. He raised his voice, used disrespectful language, & called the employee names, creating a tense & unpleasant atmosphere for both staff & customers. It was especially upsetting to witness, as the server was clearly doing her best under difficult circumstances that were beyond her control.

I felt genuinely sorry for the way she was treated. No employee deserves to be spoken to in such a manner, particularly in a public setting. I want to emphasize that her service has always been excellent every time I've visited, & she consistently demonstrates professionalism & dedication.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously & works toward creating a more respectful & supportive work environment. It would not only benefit the staff but also greatly improve the overall customer experience.
