My recent visit to Toto Pizza was overshadowed by a very uncomfortable situation involving the manager. The restaurant appeared short-staffed, with one server managing the floor, & she was clearly making a strong effort to keep up with all the tables.
What stood out most, however, was the manager's behavior. He addressed her in a harsh, disrespectful tone, raising his voice & speaking to her in a way that was inappropriate-especially in front of customers. As guests, we did not appreciate witnessing that kind of confrontation, nor the rudeness & lack of professionalism displayed. She deserves to be treated with respect, & I hope this is taken into consideration moving forward. I've been there numerous times & she is such an attentive waitress polite & very professional & helpful. She a delightful person.

Despite her evident effort to attend to every customer as efficiently as possible, the situation became uncomfortable when the manager began yelling at her in front of the entire restaurant.
The manager's behavior was highly unprofessional. He raised his voice, used disrespectful language, & called the employee names, creating a tense & unpleasant atmosphere for both staff & customers. It was especially upsetting to witness, as the server was clearly doing her best under difficult circumstances that were beyond her control.
I felt genuinely sorry for the way she was treated. No employee deserves to be spoken to in such a manner, particularly in a public setting. I want to emphasize that her service has always been excellent every time I've visited, & she consistently demonstrates professionalism & dedication.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously & works toward creating a more respectful & supportive work environment. It would not only benefit the staff but also greatly improve the overall customer experience.

Donc voici ma situation; J'appelle chez toto & je commande un soumarin meetball avec un grand spaghetti. Tout va bien & la commande arrive chez moi. En decouvrant que le'grand format' etais en fait un regulier j'appelle toto pour leur informer de l'erreur de ma commande & que le repas est froid. Le receptioniste me repond qu'il n'y a pas de grand format chez toto & me demande'que voulez vous faire'. Je lui repond que vue que cest son erreur de ne pas m'avoir informer qu'il n'y a pas de grand format, que j'aimerais en avoir un autre gratuit (puisque cest son erreur) & qu'on manque de nourriture car c'etais censer etre pour deux personne. Il me repond que si je lui avais dit que cetais pour deux personne il m'aurais suggerer d'en commander un autre. Jessaye de lui expliquer que ce nest pas des ses affaires combien de personne mange & que son travail est de m'informer AU TELEPHONE AVANT QUE JE COMMANDE qu'il n'y a pas de grand format. Donc on parle back & forth & je finis par demander a parler a un responsable. Il me prete le chef cuisinier & celui ci ne comprend pas non plus. Par la suite avec 15 minutes il me mets en attente & finit par me raccrocher. Jai presque passer 20 minutes en attente car monsieur receptioniste ne voulais plus me repondre. Quand je rappeller & lui explique la situation, il me dit qu'il ne peux pas faire grand chose & IL NE NIE PAS NON PLUS DE M'AVOIR RACCROCHER. J'ai le call log. Tres decus du service de chez toto j'aimais bien mais plus maintenant apres ce soir.
