We were a group of 30 for a special bday lunch & the staff was excellent ..everyone enjoyed their meal..bacon pizza was amazing! Thank you!

Horrible service . Ordered food that never showed up . Called back they said it was on its way , an hour pass no food . Called back & lady said the other girl never put in order . This at 9pm when I placed order at 7:20pm . To order from another place after 9pm in Lachine on a weekday is hard . You need to work on your overall service .

The pizza at Toto was always phenomenal. But, the last time I had a pizza was several years ago. I recently ordered a few pizzas with some friends, but we went there to pick them up. We didn't eat at the restaurant. The restaurant was completely empty on a late Sunday afternoon. We chatted a bit with a gentleman who brought the pizzas from the kitchen. He said that they took over ownership in 2022 from the previous owners. This already made us wonder whether the pizzas had changed. We took the pizzas home, & upon opening the boxes we could already tell that they did not look like the old Toto pizzas. After a couple of bites we immediately noticed that the dough was much cheaper & that the toppings were somewhat cheaper. The sauce was also different. The previous owners made excellent pizzas with high-quality ingredients that were 10/10 on everything - dough, sauce & toppings. Now I would say that the pizzas are about 6/10 & resemble what you get at most greasy spoon diners. It's unfortunate because we were really craving the old Toto pizzas. Suffice to say that we won't be going back again for pizza.

Meilleur pizza que j'ai gouté. J'ai pris une XL toto spécial & c'était magnifique. La sauce était très bon, c'était très bien cuit & le prix est très juste. Je le recommanderai a tout le monde qui aime la nourriture italienne

Très mauvaise expérience au restaurant Toto à Lachine.

Lors de ma visite, j'ai commandé le #6, soit un spaghetti sauce à la viande avec pain à l'ail gratiné & un breuvage. Lorsque j'ai reçu mon repas, les pâtes étaient extrêmement molles, au point de se défaire toutes seules, & elles avaient un arrière-goût désagréable.

J'ai signalé le problème au gérant, qui m'a répondu que le cuisinier était nouveau, qu'il était désolé & que les pâtes avaient été préparées il y a trois jours. Il m'a alors demandé si je souhaitais autre chose. J'ai refusé & lui ai dit que j'allais simplement laisser tomber. J'ai même voulu lui remettre la canette de boisson non ouverte , mais il m'a répondu que ce n'était pas nécessaire & qu'elle ne me serait pas facturée.

Cependant, au moment de recevoir la facture, la canette m'a tout de même été chargée. Le gérant a affirmé que c'était la seule chose qu'il me facturait de mon repas…

Entre la qualité de la nourriture & le manque de cohérence dans le service à la clientèle, cette expérience a été très décevante. Je n'y retournerai pas.
