Première fois que je pars a Toto la nourriture est magnifique, j'ai pris une pizza spéciale toto & j'ai adoré. Le service est très bien les travailleurs sont très chaleureux j'y retournerais bientôt.

My recent visit to Toto Pizza was overshadowed by a very uncomfortable situation involving the manager. The restaurant appeared short-staffed, with one server managing the floor, & she was clearly making a strong effort to keep up with all the tables.
What stood out most, however, was the manager's behavior. He addressed her in a harsh, disrespectful tone, raising his voice & speaking to her in a way that was inappropriate-especially in front of customers. As guests, we did not appreciate witnessing that kind of confrontation, nor the rudeness & lack of professionalism displayed. She deserves to be treated with respect, & I hope this is taken into consideration moving forward. I've been there numerous times & she is such an attentive waitress polite & very professional & helpful. She a delightful person.
On est aller à Toto vendredi passer & on a pris un sous marin steak spécial & une assiette de pita au poulet c'était très bon & on a adoré MAIS on a pas du tout apprécié le service qu'on a eu. La serveuse ne voulait pas nous servir & ne savait pas comment nous parler c'était comme si elle n'aimait pas son travail. C'était très malaisant pour nous. J'espère que sa se reproduira plus la prochaine fois mais 10/10 pour la nourriture.
Très bonne cuisine , la nourriture est authentique , le service au bar est très agréable & surtout les pris sont super compétitif , je suis allé la hier avec mes parents l'endroit est vraiment cosy & ils ont trop apprécié

Aujourd'hui, je suis venue dans votre établissement & j'ai été témoin d'une scène très désagréable. Le gérant s'est adressé à certains employés de manière insultante & a voix haute, ce qui a créé une atmosphère très tendue & gênante pour les clients.
Je trouve inacceptable que les employés soient traités de cette façon, surtout dans un lieu publique. Il est tres important de maintenir un environnement de travail respectueux & professionnelle.
Je souhaite que vous preniez des mesures pour résoudre ce problème & assurer que les employés soient traités avec dignité & respect.

I felt genuinely sorry for the way she was treated. No employee deserves to be spoken to in such a manner, particularly in a public setting. I want to emphasize that her service has always been excellent every time I've visited, & she consistently demonstrates professionalism & dedication.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously & works toward creating a more respectful & supportive work environment. It would not only benefit the staff but also greatly improve the overall customer experience.

Donc voici ma situation; J'appelle chez toto & je commande un soumarin meetball avec un grand spaghetti. Tout va bien & la commande arrive chez moi. En decouvrant que le'grand format' etais en fait un regulier j'appelle toto pour leur informer de l'erreur de ma commande & que le repas est froid. Le receptioniste me repond qu'il n'y a pas de grand format chez toto & me demande'que voulez vous faire'. Je lui repond que vue que cest son erreur de ne pas m'avoir informer qu'il n'y a pas de grand format, que j'aimerais en avoir un autre gratuit (puisque cest son erreur) & qu'on manque de nourriture car c'etais censer etre pour deux personne. Il me repond que si je lui avais dit que cetais pour deux personne il m'aurais suggerer d'en commander un autre. Jessaye de lui expliquer que ce nest pas des ses affaires combien de personne mange & que son travail est de m'informer AU TELEPHONE AVANT QUE JE COMMANDE qu'il n'y a pas de grand format. Donc on parle back & forth & je finis par demander a parler a un responsable. Il me prete le chef cuisinier & celui ci ne comprend pas non plus. Par la suite avec 15 minutes il me mets en attente & finit par me raccrocher. Jai presque passer 20 minutes en attente car monsieur receptioniste ne voulais plus me repondre. Quand je rappeller & lui explique la situation, il me dit qu'il ne peux pas faire grand chose & IL NE NIE PAS NON PLUS DE M'AVOIR RACCROCHER. J'ai le call log. Tres decus du service de chez toto j'aimais bien mais plus maintenant apres ce soir.

The food was ok the place may need renovation haven't tried the whole menu but the gyro was good my friend ordered pizza it was pretty well done also. But for some reason it smells really strong of fragrance & some of the food tastes like it
I went to ToTo with my family, on a commender des different plates, mais franchement tout étais parfait, les pizza & les sous-marine étaient extra ordinaire & le poutine mon dieu 🤤🤤🤤
Nous avons commandé 2 sous marins steak pepperoni all dress un 10 pouces & un 14 pouces ….Très déçu il y avait très peu de viande dedans ça goûtait à peine par contre beaucoup de salade & le pain à pizza étaient excellent mais pour le prix il n'avait vraiment pas assez de viande…Livraison rapide
Nous avons commandé notre repas a 17h15, une heure plus nous avons rappelé...on nous repond... ça ne devrait pas etre long. A 18h30...nous rappelons...le commis n'avait pas pris notre commande. 19h15 toujours rien. Noys avons annulé notre commande. Le livreur s'est pointé à 19h30. Nous avons retourné la bouffe au resto. Sevice déplorable.
