I can't remember the name of the lady that's in the front which she Is so sweet. I ordered a family pack of falafel For takeout, there was more than enough food for everyone & the meal was outstanding as always. I also ordered the Potato latkes, which was amazing as well. I've been coming to this restaurant for many years, & everything I try there is top-notch. I actually drive from Rdp to there to get my felafel fix. Thank you for the amazing service & great food.

WOW! Please invent a teleportation device
so I can come here from Ottawa every day. The falafel! The Sabich! The plantbased meats! but even more, Shanni, the angel behind the counter filled our day with so much kindness. I cannot wait to come back! 🥙 😇

We visited Falafel St Jacques during our vacation in Montreal, & it was a wonderful experience. The food was fresh & delicious. The falafel sandwiches were flavorful, & the salads we ordered were equally tasty. We finished the meal with their homemade lemonade, which was refreshing & the perfect complement to the food.

The service was just as impressive. The host was incredibly friendly, patient, & helpful, taking the time to answer our questions & make us feel welcome. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious falafel & warm hospitality in Montreal!

The food is absolutely phenomenal. Best falafel I've had & the mushroom based meats were loved by my meat eating friends. They actually liked it better than meat. The staff is so friendly & nice.

The food was excellent, truly well prepared & flavorful. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I made a lighthearted comment about what seemed like a pricing mistake, but instead of taking it as a joke, the response I received was an insult whispered discreetly. While the cuisine itself deserves recognition, the way customers are treated matters just as much. Great food, but the experience left a negative impression.
