Je souhaite partager mon expérience très positive au Second Cup, notamment grâce Zakaria .
Le service est vraiment au niveau : accueil chaleureux, professionnalisme & attention aux détails. On sent la passion dans la manière dont le café est préparé & servi.
& surtout, le café est excellent ! Toujours bien dosé, savoureux & préparé avec soin.

Today, around 6:15 pm, the one male employee managing the café threw his jacket (with keys/coins) right next to my husband. When you hear a loud sound hitting right next to you, it can be pretty unpleasant, plus it doesn't look super professional on the employee. The employee did not offer an apology & did not seem to care about his behavior. I just hope this doesn't happen again.
It was a nice & homey place to have a great cup of coffee & something else!
Usually second cup is good but this place does not bother to read or follow instructions. I ordered through Uber Eats & they messed up the entire order. Gave me hot coffee instead of iced, & for the coffee I ordered, they didn't follow the instructions at all. No care or attention to what they are doing, really disappointing.
I went with friends to the café on the afternoon of the 25th. I received poor service from one of the cashiers who was on duty. The coffee & the appetizers were delicious; only the service was very bad.
I had an amazing time there, really good service, great food & coffee, i highly recommend it
The guy barista every Sunday afternoon in this place is very consistent with his customer service. He is nice & friendly & he knows how to make a proper foam for the latte. Also, the Latte Chocolate Dubai that he recommended today is fire 🔥. I highly recommend it

The best coffee in town! The service is warm & welcoming, the sweets are absolute chef's kiss, & the staff are always amazing. Highly recommend!
It's my favorite Second Cup in Montreal. It has a great view & ambiance. Love the coffee there & the service is great!
