I recently visited this café, & unfortunately, my experience was not good. What bothered me the most was the manager's behavior. He asked two young customers to leave the outdoor seating area simply because they had not ordered food from the café.
I found this very uncomfortable & unnecessary. Even if there are policies in place, situations like this should be handled with more respect & professionalism.
This incident left a negative impression on me, & I will think twice before visiting again.
Absolutely love coming to Second Cup! The atmosphere is always warm & inviting, & the terrace is such a vibe - perfect for enjoying a coffee on a nice day. The drinks are consistently fresh & delicious, & the staff are always friendly & welcoming. You can really tell they care about the experience. Definitely one of my go-to spots - & you HAVE to try the iced coconut latte, it's amazing!

?One of my favorite coffee spots in Ste-Dorothée. The staff is quick & the patio is the perfect place to soak up some vitamin D with a cold drink. The blended drink was a standout today! Infuzion Pêche Dragon is just wowwww
Amazing coffee shop! Super nice employees & owner very helpful. Always a great experience coming here. Missed it a lot while they were renovating due to vandalism on their property! Glad to be able to come back to my favorite cofee shop… I would also definetely recommend their Fizz collection!!! Super yummy :))
This is a great place to study very calm & relaxing. The barista catherine was very kind & recommended the new dragon fruit coconut peach drink. It was good😊

They renovated it beautifully. Plenty of fresh & delicious bakery items & the coffee is better than at Starbucks. Staff could be a little more upbeat with smiles, but on the whole it's a very nice place.

Great coffee & outstanding service every time! The quality of the drinks is always consistent, & you can really taste the freshness. The staff is friendly, welcoming, & goes above & beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a coffee!
I was there Sunday & it was amazing. Food is good. They serve some good smoothies & drink. Highly recommend if you have work to do & you're hungry after coming back to school or college or university. Just be there early so you have access to a table close to a outlet if you gotta charge your stuff. Overall : 9.1/10👍🏻👍🏻

Je vais au Second Cup 1 a 2x/semaine & j'ai toujours un excellent service. Les baristas sont super gentilles & accueillantes. Je prends toujours un correto au caramel glacé & c'est le meilleur café que j'ai bu de ma vie! Tout simplement délicieux.
