I was sitting on the terrace when the younger couple next to me was asked to leave because they had food from another establishment, even though they had ordered drinks. The manager was polite about it, but it made me wonder: if you're purchasing something from the café, shouldn't you have the same right as everyone else to sit & enjoy your coffee?

I'm disappointed with the menu, coffee are almost all trying to copy the starbucks flashy vibe but the basic options like cortado are missing...
On the food side it's all generic stuff that isn't even exclusive to the brand, I can't think of a good reason to go to second cup if you have other options to choose from.

I took an espresso & I expected it to be better because, for a coffee place, they don't have diversity in their coffee beans. It's only the Columbia beans (100% Arabica) which disappointed me. Getting that information wasn't easy because the owner couldn't give me a simple answer.

The places to eat were plenty so if you ever want to hang out with friends, it's never much of a problem.

Absolutely love coming to Second Cup! The atmosphere is always warm & inviting, & the terrace is such a vibe - perfect for enjoying a coffee on a nice day. The drinks are consistently fresh & delicious, & the staff are always friendly & welcoming. You can really tell they care about the experience. Definitely one of my go-to spots - & you HAVE to try the iced coconut latte, it's amazing!
