I came to this restaurant over the weekend as I heard it was authentic Italian. Well boy let me tell you.. this was the best authentic Italian I had in a long time. I had a bottle of white wine which was amazing, which had me telling our server this was the second best Italian which I meant the first. (It was their amazing white wine which mixed me up). I also had the best espresso martini in all of Montreal… no word of a lie, heart & soul was put into this martini. I travel a lot, drink espresso martinis on the regular, had Italian grandparents & I can say this is the most authentic you are going to find in Montreal. Amazing service, amazing food & amazing drinks. Thank you so much for making our experience the best. Will recommend this restaurant to anyone in Montreal who wants a good eat & good service!! I also thank the server for wishing me luck on my exam. Very personable, very professional & some of the best service I had in while. Thank you so much again, amazing time.
I dined here with a group of 4 people. The service was amazing & attentive. My friend had the espresso martini & it was the best one she ever had. All of our food was very delicious & the best pasta we ever had. We would recommend this place to anyone. The pappardelle was to die for. After paying for our bill we needed to approach the owner to tell him how great the food was. Shook his hand & told him it was the most amazing food we’ve had in a long time. Go here if you want some amazing Italian food!!
Been going here for years. Consistently great food, very personalized service & just a beautiful quaint restaurant.
Italian cuisine at its finest! Great ambiance & an amazing wine list. A gem in old Montreal.
Absolutely brutal restaurant. Not only was the food marginal at best but the attitude of the manager was horrible. A request for Parmesan on pasta - a pretty basic request - was denied because "it didn't complement the dish." When we questioned this, the manager came out & was clearly combative telling us our request was similar to asking for ketchup. If there was a zero star rating I'd give this restaurant one. It's also not in the heart of old Montreal as advertised but on the edge. Super disappointing. Don't waste your money.
Great place to hangout with friends & family...super food...favourite palce for weekends...good staff & owner is as classy as the place is... definitely recommended.
Fantastic very authentic home made food . Very friendly.good service & averygiid selection.
We took 3 appetizers salmon tartare, scallop tartare & eggplant with mozzarella. Food was very tasty. Each dish had a distinct flavor. Service is good. It’s a place for a nice occasion. Its be a bit pricey.
Food was astounding. Service impeccable & the owners were more than generous. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant.
Oh quelle surprise !!
