Another great dinner at Salumi! I always make it a point to take my out of town friends to this gourmet resto, in the heart of Old Montreal. The best kept secret, & such a great intimate atmosphere. I've recommended it twice, since dinner last night. 5 Star treatment by Mario, the restaurants owner.

Mario was terrific
He spoke three languages
We had two food issues & he brought us delicious food that we could eat & enjoy without overdoing the sauce or the olive oil
We ate outside Montreal is great in August just wish the buses ran on a different street during the dinner hour otherwise no noise & easy to talk
Highly recommend this restaurant

After 20 days in Canada, missing the flavors we're used to, we finally had a wonderful dinner! Mario was kind & quick, & so was his staff. We'd love to come back tomorrow, but sadly that won't be possible.

Dopo 20 giorni in Canada, in cui abbiamo mangiato cibi non di nostro gusto (tante salse, troppi condimenti) abbiamo finalmente cenato benissimo! Bravo Mario cortese e rapido, e il suo staff. Vorrei dire che ci torneremmo domani, ma purtroppo sarà difficile. Grazie!
