We've been coming to Montreal for 15 years in the summer & have followed several chefs/restaurant managers as they deepen their talents. The current iteration of Brendan's Salle Climatisée achieves one of highest pinnacles of Montreal's special experiences: well-conceived & excellent local fresh & seasonal exquisite bites. I couldn't say a word while eating the poached lobster & the accompanying Hof Kelsten bread, which helped me get every last drop of the sauce. The halibut, green bean salad, & carrot bread pudding brought similar pleasures. A fun atmosphere, convivial staff, & a great wine selection. Can't wait to go back.

Outstanding! We had almost everything on the menu & loved all of it - love the small + shareable plates!! The duck heart stood out to me as one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. Staff were so kind, & the entire environment is so welcoming & laid back. We sat at the counter, which truly made the experience once in a lifetime.

This is a divine restaurant. Every dish we got was perfect (the leeks, the halibut, cheese plate, sticky pudding). We sat at the counter & watched the excellent chefs make it look easy. The wine we had was also great (glasses, white). The price is fair. The whole vibe is endearingly laid back & confident. Great time.

Ambiance, service & nourriture impeccables ! Le menu favorise toujours les aliments de saison & sait bien les mettre en valeur! J'ai attendu trop longtemps avant d'essayer Salle Climatisée, je n'ai que hâte de retenter l'expérience à nouveau!

Amazing food & service. I absolutely loved the halibut with the morels. The sauce was divine. I have never eaten such good radishes too with the whipped ricotta.

I've been here twice, the first was was mind blowing. The second time I went it was a different menu, however it was still delicious. I'm always blown away by the sauces. My favorite dishes so far have been bigorneaux,pot & oseille, I could eat this every day of the week & the pork with the sauce of chasseur was insane. The pork itself was good but the sauce was on a different level.

Très belle expérience culinaire avec une variété de produits du terroir & de saison. Le service est rapide, professionnel & attentionné.

Nous avons commandé un repas dégustation pour 2 personnes: 5 plats & 2 desserts. Les portions étaient parfaitement ajustées pour deux personnes.

Je recommande pleinement ce restaurant!
