Dim Sum is served in the renowned Hong Kong style on roaming carts or at pre-set luncheons in private rooms. Ruby Rouge Restaurant boasts a two-tiered seafood tank is filled with selections of geoducks, lobsters, prawns, live scallops, abalone, rock cod, sole, oysters, and Dungeness Crabs. With two elegant banquet rooms and smaller private rooms available, the Ruby Rouge Restaurant can accommodate 650 guests, it's the ideal choice for family and friends to get together and celebrate.

Authentic, Generous, & Unforgettable

Had dinner at Ruby Rouge Restaurant yesterday & was genuinely impressed. The food is absolutely delicious - rich in flavor, beautifully presented, & unmistakably authentic Chinese cuisine. Every dish felt like it was crafted with care & tradition.

Service was warm, attentive, & efficient throughout the evening. What really stood out was the pricing: more than affordable considering the generous portions & high quality. You truly get incredible value here.

I'll definitely be going back - & I highly recommend Ruby Rouge to anyone looking for a satisfying, authentic dining experience in Montreal.

Authentic Dim sum cart service in a banquet hall style place. You can order a la carte earlier & the carts come around about 10:30. It was authentic & everything we had was tasty. Service was fine. They asked if we wanted things earlier for the kids we had with us before the carts came around. Enjoyed the experience & would come back!
