It was my first time trying afternoon tea & I loved the experience. I wish it was a little more balanced as there were more sweet elements compared to savory ones but everything was delicious. I recommend starting with the second tier, than the bottom one & finish with the top one to get a break from all the sweetness. The service was great. I definetly recommend it!
They had the wrong price for one of their dining service gift certificates on their site. I wrote in asking if they would honour the listed price. They changed the price on their site & never acknowledged my inquiry. I wrote back again to get a response. Rather than respond in writing, they called me - which is fine, but I missed their call. Called back within four minutes. I was told they couldn't find the person who called me at the moment but took my information for a call back. Four days later & no call back. Also worth noting that the person who called me asked that I call back in voicemail but didn't include a number - more proof he never intended to talk to me. It's shoddy customer service. You made a mistake on your site, fine, but own up to it & acknowledge a customer reaching out. I gave two stars instead of one because the staff member who answered my call & took my information was pleasant & professional - at least some staff are even if management isn't.
Very nice place to enjoy a brunch with friends & family. They have a good variety & options from tuna tataki to duck, vegetarian options, pizzas, cheese, smoke salmon, big variety of desserts & pastries, creps, waffles, mimosa, etc. I will come back.
My friends & I had a delightful evening at Rosélys. The food was delicious, & the service was attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant provided the perfect setting for conversation. We did arrive 30 minutes before the kitchen closed at 10 pm, which made us feel slightly rushed to order, but overall, the experience was still very enjoyable. It would be great if the restaurant extended its opening hours on Fridays & Saturdays. Despite this, I would definitely return.
Restaurant was recommended while waiting for my train. Wonderful service, beautiful view of old buildings through large windows, soft jazz music. Ambient noise is loud. Thd foid was so delicious. I had the ricotta ravioli with mushrooms. Best I've ever had.
We went for the big Sunday Brunch to celebrate a birthday. We found street parking that was free until 1pm (Bonus!). When we arrived in the reception area, everyone that reserved for the seating was waiting to enter. Service was friendly & efficient. Food was good. Tasty, fresh & well prepared. 4* for very good overall experience. There could be more variety. Salad selection was very basic. Nothing special was prepared. Carvery was very good. Generally clean - I had to wipe down some of the cutlery due to water stains/other marks. The server that seated us made a point to wipe down the banquette seating for us as it was overlooked in prep for our seating. To be 5*, more orderly waiting area with someone to direct traffic. All seating & tables, cutlery must all be clean upon arrival. If something is offered, ie salad station, make an effort to offer something special/extraordinary. As a seasoned traveller, this was an average buffet brunch for the price. I do recommend to go because it is a pleasant experience.
Froid. 4- Pas d'option mocktail ou sans alcool. & le 7even up étais flat.

Not a big fan of their menu. I always have the same thing: the burger. It's really really good. Love the bar too. Nice decor & ambiance. Will go back next time I am at the hotel.
Food was nice mostly: Grilled octopus was terrible, tasted boiled not grilled but steak & sides were amazing! Menu is reasonably priced. Service was very friendly. Place is nice, but atmosphere was quiet & boring, old crowd.
We went for dinner on Friday night, & at the beginning we were surprised by the nice decoration & ambiance. Unfortunately, we had big expectations about the food & were completely disappointed. We ordered Le Grand Rosélys for $200, expecting to receive a nice meal to share for 2, but it's actually an appetizer for more people instead of a main meal. Also, the flavours & sauces were very simple. Wish we could have received more advice from the staff.
Went for afternoon tea on a saturday & I thought the food was delicious & surprisingly filling. My favorite was the warm scones! Though, the waiters/servers kept dropping dishes & breaking glasses around us... We heard it at least 4 to 5 times in our time there which is outrageous imo for a place like this!
Very nicely decorated restaurant. Clientele are mainly businesses from downtown. Although food was great the price is rather high. It was a great experience but not your normal day to day dining.
