Nous avons profité d'un repas 4 services avec 2 entrées au choix, un plat principal & un dessert le toit accompagné d'une bouteille de vin. Soupe à l'oignon délicieuse, pieuvre grillée exceptionnelle, morue délicieuse & burger extraordinaire. La serveuse Sarah a été extraordinaire.

I had the worse experiece of a dining service in this restaurant. The reception forgot about jotting down our names just after 2 minutes & asked if we have reservstion for second time! &… the waiter was the worse one I have ever seen!! Extremely rude! He ignored us for 20 min & did not bring water! When we wanted to place our order, he pretend that he could not hear what we were saying & make a strange face like he do a favor to take our order! Also the night was a birthday night for one of us & after we had our birthday dessert, in the middle of singing happy birthday, he threw bills on the table!!! Not jocking! Threw them! Worse experience ever! + the food is over priced!

Well... we dine out often & at many levels of sophistication & also of ease & fun! We arrived for my birthday celebration. I had looked through AI & the restaurant was highly recommended. We we excited for our experience. It started out nicely, waited spoke to us, shared his favorites, however it took a turn when he took my husbands order only & I was calling to him my appetizer order as he was walking away. All guests orders should be taken before the waiter leaves. Later moving forward some of the food came out, he told me the veggie dish I ordered was a beef dish. He then later returned with the veggies & then later 10 mins he came back with the cold dish he had taken & served it to my husband. I understand if the restaurant is busy but it was slow on a Tuesday evening. Anyways we would have ordered coffees etc but we sat for 20 mins with no attention. They brought out my husband's dessert from his prix fix menu & no birthday celebration was brought out. Sooooo disappointing after we specifically called & shared we were coming in to celebrate. The food was lovely but the service was poor. If you were treated correctly I would recommend this restaurant.

We had an incredible dining experience at Rosélys! We made our reservation same-day & the staff was still able to accommodate us seamlessly. From start to finish, everything felt like fine dining at its best; elegant, intentional, & flavorful.

We opted for the Carte Blanche 5-course experience with wine pairings, & it was absolutely worth it. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared & beautifully plated, truly Michelin star quality. The flavors were rich & refined, & the wine pairings elevated every bite.

Special thanks to our server, Jean, who was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, & made the evening feel extra special. The staff also surprised us with a sweet honeymoon dessert plate, which meant a lot.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic or celebratory dinner in the city!

Had a light night snack of Mac & cheese , shrimp cocktail & Fritz's . Then dessert . Dan provided attentive service . It was expensive but to be expected for a hotel restaurant

Very nice place to enjoy a brunch with friends & family. They have a good variety & options from tuna tataki to duck, vegetarian options, pizzas, cheese, smoke salmon, big variety of desserts & pastries, creps, waffles, mimosa, etc. I will come back.

Nous sommes venus pour un brunch & on a trouvé le choix des desserts vraiment limités par rapport aux photos des autres visiteurs sur Google avis. Peut être que nous sommes tombés sur un jour avec manque de personnel en cuisine, je ne sais pas trop ce qu'il a pu se passer ... mais on avait vraiment peu d'options. (Flan pâtissiers, royal au chocolat, pannacotta, viennoiseries, un gâteau exotique ... pas à la hauteur du prix selon moi en terme de choix) Pour le service personne n'est venu prendre de commande a table pour les cafés, on a du interpeller un serveur pour prendre commande.

On est aller manger a deux & voici mon avis général: 1. Boissons très banales beaucoup trop chère pour ce que s'est. 18$ 2.l'entrée c'était une baguette du supermarché froid & sec. 12$ 3. On a pris des raviolis le goût était au rendez-vous, mais la quantité est vraiment peu j'ai eu 12 morceaux dans mon assiette 😂. La présentation était vraiment bien.39$ 4. Desserts terrible, la quantité & le goût n'étaient pas au rendez-vous a déconseiller. 15$.

Great place. The food is very yummy. I went during the day for lunch. It was packed with business lunches. Food choices of food, drinks & dessert. We reserved a table ahead time still had to wait to be seated. It was busy for a Tuesday. I believe it is always busy during lunch time.

I went to Rosélys for high tea & I have to admit my expectations were very high. Sadly it didn't meet my expectations. The savory pieces were delicious but all the desserts were too sweet, probably because of the overuse of white chocolate. The tea was delicious but the waitress was not very knowledgeable of her teas. She also brought the receipt before we were even finished. I expected more for such a high-end establishment.

Terrible experience, ordered the beef med rare, it arrived well done & the piece was so small, maybe 4oz, $71 for this size (not even filet mignon), The octopus appetizer was cold & tasteless, the desserts were also not great . bill was well over $600 for 4. Overall, simply not worth it.

L’endroit est magnifique & le personnel à l’accueil est charmant , la nourriture est fraîche( les sushis sont super bon & certains desserts également ) néanmoins beaucoup d’articles sont malheureusement industriels ,les viennoiseries étaient rassis , la viande étaient très peu variés & très salés les pizzas sont coupées en mini (comme une dégustation ) ,les pommes de terres sont industriels …
Le serveur était vraiment pas sympathique on avait le sentiment de le déranger & il était très pressé.C’est assez dommage. On nous a facturé 25$ pour notre enfant de 2 ans qui a littéralement mangé deux saucisse 😩
Une expérience assez décevante pour une facture tout de même conséquente …dommage car on s’attend à a tellement mieux d’une grande table montréalaise
