This place has the best cinnamon type rolls in the city. So rich & soft & was the perfect snack. If you are in the area you have to try this place. For the person who said there is nowhere to sit they are wrong. There are 6 or 8 small places to sit. Its very small but we did it as you can see in the picture.

It's very, very, very good & so delicious! I absolutely love the pistachio & raspberry one. Carla is also the nicest, so sweet, welcoming, & helpful. She makes the experience even better. I definitely recommend Rollys!

Delicious goodness rolled up in a perfect cinnamon roll. I was hesitant to try because nobody in montreal seems to know what cinnamon buns are....but this placed nailed it. Perfect moist dough it melts in your mouths. The quality of the flavors is top notch where you taste flavor & not pure sugar. The price is very reasonable for a well crafted cinnamon bun. They are great size to share but trust you won't want to share after one bite. 😋

Best cinnamon rolls, i've ever had. Tried the classic, caramel pecan, biscoff, blueberry lemon & tiramisu. Caramel pecan was my favourite. So fresh & tasty. The owner is also so kind! Highly recommend :)
