Me & my friends came when it was close ( not realizing ) they let us in. Gave us 3 for free! Loved it, owners super sweet, just like their delicious pastries.
Tried Rollys recently & I was honestly impressed. I didn't expect it to be that good.
I tried a few different flavours & all of them hit. You can actually taste what you're eating, like the pecans, caramel, lemon, berries. Nothing felt fake or overly sweet. It's sweet for sure, but not in that heavy way where you regret it after, & the cinnamon is just perfectly balanced without overwhelming the taste.
The rolls were soft, fresh, & just really well made. You can tell whoever is behind it knows what they're doing.
Place is nice, staff were chill & friendly, & the coffee was solid too.
I'd definitely go back, especially to try more flavours.

Man I really love the Pecan Cinnamon Bun, delicious & sweet.
I give it a 3 stars cause they are not very allergy friendly, tiny location. I saw a couple of workers using the Nutella spatula to get other non-nut flavours, there is a lot of cross-contact.
What begins as visual delight soon turns to sensory despair as the cramped & chaotic shop keeps you stuck with its cloying sweetness & staff inefficiency. I had so looked forward to finding a cinnamon bun with a classic brioche dough & cream cheese frosting but one bite told me this was not food but artful imitation. The frosting had an unsettling texture & im fairly certain they use a cinnamon extract flavouring agent instead of quality cinnamon. Baudrillard could write a book about it.
I am crestfallen at making this review honestly. I love pastries & I was especially excited about trying the viral cinnamon rolls here, finally some at Montreal! They looked soooo good too! Unfortunately, the classic cinnamon roll I got was underbaked (my friend who is a baker can attest to that since she tasted it too), it was such a disappointment. I had taken a special raspberry one, which was better too (baked well), but too sweet. I sadly expected better.

This is the Best cinnamon bun I've ever had. Bun is soft, moist, buttery with crispy carmelized bottom, perfect amount of cream cheese icing, not overly sweet.
Arrived at 12:30 pm on a weekend to find a line already out the door. After watching the'operation' behind the counter, it all made sense.
They had three people working: two of them were teaming up on a single roll like it was a complex surgical procedure, while the third seemed to be playing a fun game of'Guess Who's Next in Line?' Spoiler alert: nobody knew.
If you enjoy watching efficiency die a slow death, you'll love the wait. Perhaps there wouldn't be a line if the service moved faster than a tectonic plate.
As for the rolls? A hefty $16 for two, so be prepared to take out a small loan for your snack. But I have to be honest-they are delicious. Soft, chewy, sweet, & pure decadence.
It's the kind of taste that almost makes you forget your hunt for parking & another thirty mins watching the slowest tag-team in bakery history.
Come for the rolls, stay because you literally have no choice-you'll be in line for a while
