Restaurant LouisiNANA propose une ambiance vibrante et immersive qui transporte ses invités directement à La Nouvelle-Orléans, le tout rehaussé par un décor magnifique et une musique inspirée du jazz. La clientèle apprécie régulièrement la saveur et l'authenticité des plats d'inspiration cajun, notamment le gumbo, le poulet jerk, les fruits de mer frais et les beignets décadents, le tout accompagné de cocktails créatifs et savamment élaborés. Bien que la rapidité du service et la taille des portions puissent varier, le personnel est fréquemment félicité pour son accueil chaleureux, son professionnalisme et son attention, faisant de la plupart des visites une expérience mémorable et très agréable.
Le menu est délicieux j'ai gouté à plusieurs plats le service est très agréable & convivial les serveuses & serveurs sont très polis & courtois

I made a reservation for 10 people weeks in advance for a birthday celebration. The night of the reservation, some of my guests arrived about 10 minutes before our 9:00 p.m. reservation time & were told the table would be ready in 10-15 minutes.
Thirty minutes later, I went back to ask when we would be seated. The hostess kept apologizing but couldn't give us any timeframe. Instead, she suggested seating 6 people while the remaining 4 continued to wait. For a reservation of 10 people made weeks in advance, that was disappointing.
Almost 50 minutes in, after standing outside in the cold, the hostess came to get us. We assumed our table was finally ready, but instead we were offered two separate tables on opposite sides of the bar along with a complimentary cocktail. Since it was cold outside, we accepted & waited. Once seated, we still waited another 15-20 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order, & there was still no sign of our actual table.
The waitress asked if we wanted to order food, but we declined because we wanted to wait until our entire group could be seated together. Shortly after receiving our drinks, we were finally told our table was ready. About 1 hour & 15 minutes after our reservation time, we were finally seated together.
As for the food, my boyfriend & I ordered the Discovery Menu. The gumbo was cold & bitter, the beef skewers were cold, the crab cake was good, the oysters were okay, & the peach salad was bland. My boyfriend ordered the steak medium, but it arrived medium-well. I ordered the lobster spaghetti, which was actually the only hot dish that arrived at our table, & it wasn't bad.
The staff did offer complimentary cocktails & shots, which was appreciated, but by that point we were exhausted, frustrated, & honestly just ready to leave.
As someone from a Creole background, I was genuinely excited to try this restaurant & really wanted to enjoy the experience. Unfortunately, both my guests & I left extremely disappointed. We were celebrating my boyfriend's & his brother's birthdays, & what should have been a special evening turned into a frustrating experience.
The decor was beautiful, & that's probably the highlight of the evening. Sadly, the service, organization, & food quality did not live up to expectations.

je change mon avis, car a ma second visite les assiette avait diminuer de moitier & les prix sont rester les meme. c'est rendu beaucoup trop cher pour presque rien dasn l'assiette j'avais encore faim apres un entrer & un repas
J'recommende fortement ce restaurant. La bavette est vraiment bien assaisonnée & tendre aussi les mocktails estaient délicieux,j'aurais adoré avoir l'expresso martini sans alcool 🍸 vraiment belle ambiance 🌶?
If you ever wanted a Laval dining experience matching the historic elegance of New Orleans' Vincent Hotel combined with the chic style of the nearby Restaurant R'evolution, then this restaurant is for you! The interior is a unique escape & incredibly well decorated. The servers & bar staff are perfectly attired while delivering great service with style & kindness.
I was able to taste two dishes: Cajun chicken & jambalaya risotto. Both were full of the classic flavors only found in the southern states. Both were exceptional.
This will become my regular restaurant.
There is also live jazz on some nights. When there isn't live music, there is jazz piped through a very high end sound system that allows for easy conversations while saturating the space.
