Food was excellent, great vibe. Cuisine was actually better than some of the good New Orleans restaurants that we've been to. Just wish that I had a bit more. However, no one went home hungry. We will come back. drinks very well put together. Special note for the staff that gave a professional service. Very attentive.
Such a beautiful restaurant! The waiters are super nice & give excellent food recommendations. The food & drinks were amazing, love the variety of mocktails! Vibes were immaculate!
Had dinner with friends there but music was a bit loud to hear one another. Our waiter was very kind & when asked to try to lower the volume it was done. Food & drinks were delicious. Our server was 10/10 attentive & making sure we are good.
Excellente expérience du début à la fin, surtout pour une première visite. Le service était exceptionnel, ce qui est primordial pour nous lorsque nous allons au restaurant. Félix s'est démarqué par son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse & sa parfaite connaissance du menu. Il a su nous faire des suggestions parfaitement adaptées à mes goûts difficiles & à mes allergies, autant pour les plats que pour les drinks. On se sent réellement écouté & en confiance. Le service a grandement contribué à rendre notre soirée mémorable. Avec le temps des Fêtes qui approche, c'est définitivement l'endroit idéal pour les partys de Noël & les célébrations du Jour de l'An. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute & recommandons fortement cet endroit.

J'ai visité le restaurant la fin de semaine passé, & tout était parfait! Notre serveur était super sympathique & nous proposais des choix sur le menu en fonction de nos gout & préférence. Les drinks étaient délicieux, tout comme les plats. Mais que dire des beignets en dessert qui étaient INCROYABLE.
Bravo à toute l'équipe pour leur bon travail, & je recommande d'aller essayer l'expérience louisianaise!
Gumbo surf & turf, on the spicey side, three people ordered this & did not enjoy it. Burger was advertised as an 8oz portion, yet a 5 oz was served. Advised waiter who consulted the manager & returned with an explanation that the patties shrink. That wasn't an 8 oz portion, sorry, not on this world. Bun was dry & fell apart, meat was under cooked & pink, fries were cold. Hard pass for $28. No English menus available. Drinks were enjoyed. Espresso was amongst the best I have had yet was served cold. Beignets took 45 minutes to prepare. A one & done concept.
Perfect spot for a romantic & intimate night out. The service is absolutely suberp. We had made a mistake & reserved for Sunday instead of Saturday & even though the place was full for the night they were able to find us a spot (even though it was completely our mistake & were more than willing to go somewhere else seeing that the restaurant was jam packed). Everything was so flavourful, drinks hit the spot, & that added touch of live music made for a perfect night out.

Loved the ambiance, beautiful decor & spotless space. Service was quick & courteous, thanks to our host Jeremy. The drinks were great. The food was decent, just not quite what I expected. Still, I'll definitely be back to catch their live jazz band after 19h.
We felt like we stepped off the streets of New Orleans: the décor is on point with festive beads, warm lighting, & even an area ready for a live band to bring that Bourbon Street buzz to life.
We started things off right with a complimentary biscuit & honey butter that was pure heaven - soft, warm, & dangerously addictive. Pair that with a couple of cocktails from their massive drink list, & you're off to a great start. (Seriously, whoever's behind that bar knows what they're doing.)
For entrées, we tried the shrimp & grits & the Cajun shrimp tacos - both were flavorful, satisfying, & beautifully presented.
Our mains - the Jambalaya & the Gumbo - had great taste & were packed with that Southern spice, which we love, but came with a little too much rice, which filled us up way too fast. Considering the prices, that did leave us wishing for a slightly more balanced portion.
Now, about that live band: we love that they're keeping the vibe lively, but being seated literally a foot away from them made it hard to enjoy our meal (or conversation). Plus, the music wasn't exactly jazz or anything particularly Louisiana-themed - which felt like a missed opportunity. Maybe save those tables for the dance floor & lean into that NOLA playlist a bit more!
All in all, we really like the concept of @restaurant_louisinana - the vibe, the décor, the cocktails, & the energy are all there. & since the front of their menu proudly says'Constantly reworked', we have faith they'll fine-tune the experience to match the promise of the theme.
This place has all the right ingredients to become Laval's own little slice of the Bayou - just needs a bit of that finishing spice! 🌶?💜💛💚
Went here for the first time with a group of people on Saturday October 25. Reservation was for 2030. As we were waiting for our reserved table I saw many large groups there celebrating birthdays.
Live jazz band, beautiful decor. Music was very loud for us, couldn't talk to each other without yelling.
Food & drinks took a very long time to come out, first round of drinks we received at 2125 our mains arrived at 2200, half the table received main courses while the other half had to wait another 15 minutes. Dessert was served at 2305. Water glasses left empty for long time between refills. Didn't see our waitress for almost an hour so I had to get up from the table & go to bar to refill my own glass, waitstaff went around me as I was pouring my own water behind the bar! Manager just stood there not helping. He didn't help bring out orders or come to any table to make sure things were going well (as this is a newer restaurant this is a must). Our table reservation was for 2030 we paid & left at 2350, on their website under reservations it says'A maximum time of 2hours will be allotted for each reservation. After 2 hours, the table must be released. Thank you for understanding' maybe we needed to place our food order when we made the reservation?
The bathrooms need better signage, as I entered the woman's bathroom there was an inebriated male guest in there with three women telling him that this is women's restroom. Male guest was arguing that the men's had only stall whereas the women's had three. I had to raise my voice at him to get him to leave the women's bathroom.
One of my friends tried to speak with the manager about some issues & she was blown off, was told'I don't have time to hear this, send me an email' Uhm so what is his job then? Doesn't help waitstaff or kitchen, doesn't help customers when they are in need, but he does have time to go out for a smoke break every 20 minutes?
All in all I do not recommend this restaurant, food was mediocre, staff was less than, the manager is absolutely incompetent. This place is run very poor.

Honestly, where do I even start? We sat at the bar, which had only four people at the time (two more joined later). It took about 15 minutes before we were greeted, & another 25 minutes for the bartender to make our two Bloody Caesars. She was working alone & making drinks for tables too, but we noticed her stopping midway through our Caesars to start on other drinks.
We finally placed our food order 45 minutes after arriving - a burger, tacos, & corn. Around 7:32, my girlfriend noticed a burger sitting on the service window & joked it might be mine. I said,'No way, food comes out together.' We even placed a bet about it. Meanwhile, a server dropped utensils directly on the bar top without a napkin underneath. Gross.
At 7:58, the food arrived. My burger was awful: the meat was dried out, the top bun was rock hard, the bottom bun soggy, the cheese rubbery, & the fries cold. Clearly, it had been sitting on the pass for half an hour. The tacos were just okay, but the $9 corn turned out to be canned corn with butter - ridiculous.
For a $30 burger, this was appalling. Honestly, we laughed about it because we already knew we'd never come back. I've worked in restaurants, & I'm not someone who complains easily, but this was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. I even recorded & took pictures because it was that bad.
Do yourself a favor & skip this place.

we were very excited to try this new restaurant in centropolis & had high expectations & all our expectations were met! the service was really good & the owner himself came to check on our experience which is such a rare thing these days!
the food was phenomenal especially the jerk chicken tacos & the crab dip with plantain chips!
the drinks were good & generous in alcohol unlike some restaurants that serve watered down/iced down drinks.
all around amazing experience especially with the beautiful decor & jazz live music
Remi a été totalement super avec nous. Les drinks sont bonne son services était excellent ainsi ses recommandation. Sauf mon seul problème mon plat principale était brule seul souci.
I'm disappointed... I was expecting flavorful food, but it was not good & it was overpriced... I'm not giving 1 star because the service is impeccable, the restaurant is beautiful & the drinks are great. We had jambalaya, the rice had hard uncooked pieces. The jerk chicken seemed like it wasn't seasoned, it was like a tomato sauce, very tasteless... so sad for such a beautiful restaurant !
