Sunday Brunch on 9/3 our last day of 5 night stay at Humaniti & the preparation, presentation & taste of the Eggs Benedict with shrimp & Tartine platters were top notch. The manager on duty was very attentive to all the patrons & supported the friendly & professional wait staff. We also had dinner here our 1st night & service & food was also superb. Consistency is the reason I will book Humaniti & reserve Restaurant H3 again during another visit to Montreal in October.

Attentive & generous wait staff, bartender & manager on duty night of Wednesday 8:30/23. Food & drinks presented beautifully & were delicious & satisfying. Will definitely be back!

Being small, it allows intimacy & feels comfortable! i enjoyed the overall atmosphere, with lovely colours & beautiful lights!
This is just my personal preference, but I would like to see, in elegant establishments such as this one, tables covered with tablecloths rather than not covered! I know it is a matter of trends & styles but class is something that is beyond these!
The food is tasty, very nice presented, a pleasant mix of flavours & colours. The service was discreet, quick & attentive.
The list of wines & spirits is generous, for all budgets & tastes!
Overall, expensive but a good choice for a special occasion!

Good place for business lunch, quiet environment, well lit (floor to ceiling windows). I`ve eaten twice here so far & have been impressed by the quality of the food - as have my guests. Yesterday, I had an amazing arctic char tataki as an appetizer followed by an impressive squash risotto with halloumi. Service is attentive & friendly. I`ll be back for sure.

H3 was outstanding as usual. The staff are attentive to your needs & very knowledgeable about the food, & wines. A tasting menu with wine pairings is available along with a la carte. Decor & views add to the ambience.

The food & service is always beyond our expectations at H3. Zack especially is very attentive & always makes sure every aspect is absolutely perfect from the table you're seated at to the temperature of the food. Nothing but great things to say about this restaurant, whether for breakfast or dinner!

Very attentive & friendly service. Food was delicious, local & also a feast for the eyes. Wine pairings well chosen by sommelier. A wonderful evening. The only thing to improve is the music - a bit too loud & not my stile. Will be back for sure.

What a beautiful evening! The front & back of house staff combined to make the evening wonderful. The space is comfortably designed with interesting artistic lighting at the bar. Floor to ceiling windows on 3 sides make the space bright & take advantage of the ground level ‘fire & fog' art installation across the street. The wine cellar is large, structurally appealing & full of interesting surprises, served with just the right amount of aplomb & discrete knowledge by the sommelier. The food was intricate & fun, full of subtle flavour & farm to table floral goodness befitting of the season. Unlike some more traditional French menus, the use of cream, sauce & cheese was very moderate & allowed the fresh food & raw materials to shine through! Our server was a perfect balance of attentive & absent for this meal. Charming, delicious, & comfortable yet not overwrought. A beautiful evening out.
