Nous étions 4 le 9 avril 2026 à 18H30 & avons choisi le menu dégustion avec les vins. Ce fut un repas remarquable par la qualité des plats, leur variété & leur présentation. Le service était sans reproche, chaleureux & tous & toutes connaissaient parfaitement ce qu'ils ou qu'elles servaient. C'était de loin un très bons repas de notre longue expérience dans le domaine. Bravo !

Wonderful experience! The food was creative & delicious -- featuring local ingredients. The server was friendly & knowledgeable. The space is beautiful, with lots of windows. Really enjoyed our visit & would definitely go again.

Mon conjoint & moi sommes des habitués des restos gastronomiques depuis plusieurs années. Nous vivons quelquefois des déceptions, mais le menu dégustation que vous nous avez servi le 10 avril dernier en soirée était spectaculaire tout comme le service & l'accord des vins. Bravo à toute l'équipe en cuisine & en salle. Une cuvée de finissants exceptionnelle & rare. Vous irez loin. Bonne route.
We had a fantastic dinner on Saturday night & chose the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Every course was outstanding, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a unique wine. As someone who is gluten-free, I was more than accommodated-even when my dish differed, the wine pairing was adjusted accordingly. It was a great introduction to Québecois products, & we discovered several wines we wouldn't have otherwise known. Highly recommend this experience-we will definitely be back.
