Ce fut un agréable moment. Toutes les trois avons bien mangé. Petits bémols: la tendance est au fumé. Il ne faudrait pas en abuser. De plus, de mon côté, j'avais choisi le plat végétarien qui etai une tartine de champignons. Malheureusement, on perdait le goût des champignons mêlés dans une tapenade manquant de délicatesse. Mais je le recommande.

Très bon accueil de l'ensemble du personnel, conseil avisé du sommelier , très bonne connaissance des produits . Cadre très agréable & calme. Cuisine raffinée (portion un peu petite).

Tout était excellent. Toutefois, mon épouse a trouvé l'hydromel & le miel un peu trop sucré.
À noter également qu'un peu de musique québécoise aurait été apprécié.
