Un peu de manque de coordination entre les membres du personnel - mais rien de majeur. J'aime beaucoup les repas habituellement. Cette fois-ci était moins bien. Ambiance : un peu vide, sûrement à cause des vacances.

Excellent food, very refined & original combinations.
Very good service as well. I have some food intolerances & I was very looked after about this. Extreme care was taken so that my choices were allergen-free.

Repas 6 services avec accord mets & vins. Bon service attentionné & menu intéressant. Un peu surprise par contre que ce ne soit pas que des étudiants (es) qui y travaillent. L'accord vin était selon moi trop axé sur le blanc ou le rosé, il devrait être plus dirigé vers le goût du client.

Le service pourrait être plus attentionné pour un restaurant ayant pour mission la formation des futurs travailleurs dans la restauration.
À noter que la qualité de la nourriture est excellente.
