Yayant moi-même étudié à l'ITHQ, je me serais attendu à un peu plus côté service. Il n'y avait pas de cadence entre les services, trop vite, trio lent. Il y a eu tellement "d'intervenants" durant la soirée, que je ne peux même pas dire qui était notre serveur. Bizarre... La nourriture était cependant, extraordinaire !

Gros coup de coeur pour l'émulsion de maïs avec pétoncle grillé & petits fruits des champs! Le chardonnay de Niagara servi en accompagnement en faisait un plat tout simplement parfait! J'ai beaucoup aimé le dessert en forme de champignon, aussi magnifique qu'exquis!

Service non souriant & pressé. Il faut tout demander (goûter le vin, avoir de l'eau & du pain). Tasse à café ébrechée.

Excellent repas , nous avons pris le menu 5 services à l'aveugle avec accord des vins, ce fut un excellent choix proposé par Maelle qui soit dit en passant nous a donné un excellent service. Merci encore

La seule chose que nous pouvons dire est que nous avons constaté que nous devions nous servir notre vin nous mêmes malgré le fait que le sceau était éloigné de notre table.
