La qualité du plat principal avec le lapin laissait à désirer selon moi car peu de viande & beaucoup de tiraille, je m'attendais vraiment pas à ça, pour le rets c'était super surtout le dessert en forme de champignon, sublime.

Comme toujours ce fut un très grand plaisir de prendre un repas à votre salle à manger. J'étais accompagné de ma fille & de son conjoint qui vivent à Paris. Ils ont été tous les deux charmés par la qualité du service, principalement par la gentillesse & le sens de l'humour du sommelier. Autre point très positif pour moi, l'atmosphère feutré de votre établissement permet la conversation sans avoir à s'éreinter la gorge. Encore merci à tous les membres du personnel.

Panna cota; innovant, petit, saveur du plat à parfaire. je n'en reprendrais pas.
Tomates; bon, mais beaucoup trop cher pour le degré de raffinement offert.
pâtes fraîches (agnoletti): très bon mais portion trop petite
poisson du jour - omble: bon plat, mais trop de petits pois qui cachait le goût de l'omble. orge +ou- une bonne idée.
dessert aux framboises: ok, mais une présence de framboises dans la crème ou le gâteau aurait été la bienvenue.

une entrée à 10$ ou moins aurait été la bienvenue
