Impeccable, comme à l'habitude. Nous avons choisi le menu dégustation avec l'accord mets & vin. Service aux tables digne d'un très grand restaurant 5 étoiles, un sommelier qui connait son métier & partage ses connaissances sans se faire prier. Une présentation des plats originaux & une cuisine raffinée. Aucun point négatif à soulever, tout fut parfait.
