3) The "wine paring' we opted to was a mistake. Every pairing was the last drop of the bottle end - not fresh; they also ran out of one of the wine & substituted it with not a good one: 2- star
4) the Maine coarse, the duck breast was ‘Un-edible'. It was very fibrous & chewy. We raised the concern to the services. The feedback was not good. He said the the ‘chef' new the duck was chewy & tried to slice it as thin as possible to make it "Edible". It was not; 2-stars
We are a repeated customer to the restaurant (& the hotel). This was a quit disappointing restaurant experience.
Nous avons choisi des plats végétaliens en dégustations avec appariement des vins, un peu délice, service impeccable & attentionné. L'audace d'une nouvelle génération de créer une expérience gastronomique différente. Je recommande.

Excellent repas dégustation que tous, y compris 2ados, avons adoré. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ambiance très agréable. Service impeccable & chaleureux.
