J'ai adoré mon entrée de coeurs de canard & pour mon plat principale, j'avais pris la salade de crevettes nordiques avec les gaufres à l'encre de seiche.
Pour ma part, il y avait trop de gaufres. J'en ai laissé beaucoup.... je ne suis pas certaine que cette salade avait besoin d'être déposée sur des gaufres; quelques croutons de qualité auraient suffits.
Mais je vous assure, ce n'est que le seul point faible de notre repas.

le repas était délicieux & à mon goût comme je l'espérais servi par des personnes attentionnées & conviviales. Merci. Pour moi, c'est une expérience à revivre en famille cette fois-ci.

Peut-être que le dessert etait trop intense gustativement (peut-être trop sucré ? Je ne suis pas convaincu que ça soit ça) peut-être l'accord met vin aurait aidé à graduellement accepter l'intensité du chocolat
Très belle soirée. Personnel très aimable, bonne nourriture, bon choix accord met-vin.
Le seul point négatif, la musique était un peu tros forte.

La trame musicale de covers populaires à saveur jazz était inintéressante au mieux mais le reste de l'expérience était parfaite. Rien à redire & chapeau à toute l'équipe qui a travaillé fort pour rendre notre expérience agréable
Toujours aussi agréable de passer un si bon moment chez vous. Rien n'égale la beauté de votre salle & la gentillesse de votre personnel.
Seul petit bémol, à l'attention des créateurs de menu : nous avons pris le potage froid de poivrons qui était "surmonté" d'une grande tranche de speck que nous avons tous les trois eu beaucoup de difficulté à couper.
Sinon, tout était parfait.
N'étions pas allés à ITHQ depuis très longtemps. Y retournerons sûrement bientôt. Félicitations à tout le personnel pour la grande qualité de votre restaurant.
