On a pris le menu dégustation, j'aurais pris un plat de plus ou un peu plus de nourriture dans les plats, par contre le goût était excellent. La serveur a oublié de nous demander si on voulait un café & à la fin elle s'est mis à placer la salle & ne venait pas nous voir pour la facture, on a dû demander à quelqu'un d'autres, par la suite elle n'est jamais venu pour le paiement & on a dû redemander à une autre personne. Sinon le reste était parfati.
C'était parfait en tous points. La gentillesse du personnel rend ce moment unique. L'ambiance est feutrée & reposante. Le vin blanc québécois est exquis.
Seul regret : qu'il n'y ait pas eu de dessert avec du chocolat dans la carte du midi :)

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée en terrasse. Le menu table d'hôte & les vins québécois étaient de très belles découvertes pour ma famille en visite au Québec pour la première fois. Merci à toute l'équipe!
Au final, le prix se révèle un peu élevé en rapport avec la qualité des produits. En particulier, notre volonté de consommer du vin québécois à prix abordable a été peu récompensée : les vins à la carte (2 différents) ont été franchement décevants...Merci tout de même pour l'expérience.

Great food, everything was delicious. The service was good as well, however some student struggled a bit when introducing the dishes in english.
The only thing is the portion, that's why I took one star off. We ordered table d'hote, & we were still hungry after everything, we, 2 adults, weight 50kg per person.
Le café cappuccino n'était pas à la hauteur de notre dernière viste. Qualité médiocre. Nous sommes à questionner le prix ainsi que la possibilté de ne plus réserver à la ITHQ étant donné le prix elevé.
Le service était impeccable & la nourriture excellente. Peut-être que le plat principal d'omble fumée aurait été plus apprécié en entrée.

We were very disappointed that two meals out of four were less than perfect.My husband & his friend ordered pork & shrimp. The food was neither hot nor cold & no shrimp in the dish. The waitress promised to tell the chef but we never heard anything about our complaint. Our guests were from Ontario & we had promised them a really good meal, based on our experience in July when we came with a party of 10 & everything was a lovely experience then.
