Some of the worst food. Tasting menu, every guest was forced to take it if one person picked it. Appetizers were beans & lard: sad, bland & terrible. The dessert was some dry cake with some semi liquid bad yogourt around it. Bread was burnt & dry. The rest was average. Disappointing & not worth it at all. Hard to do worse. Response to owner: Your generic PR responses are as bland & meaningless as your food.

Bonjour,
Nous avons choisi le menu découverte pour 6 personnes. Parmi les plus, nous pouvons souligner l'excellent service, la découverte & la mise en valeur des produits régionaux. Toutefois, nous aurions aimé que les plats soient mieux expliqués par les serveurs. Les explications étaient rapides & nous n'entendions pas bien à cause des bruits ambiants. Nous aurions aimé avoir certaines informations sur des produits que nous ne connaissions pas. Le menu ne semblait pas être à jour. Par exemple, l'omble ne faisait pas partie des entreprises listées dans le Menu. Nous venions aussi célébrer l'anniversaire de notre fille & avons été déçu, car on nous avait mentionné qu'il y aurait une attention spéciale, ce qui s'est traduit par un biscuit & une chandelle plantée dans des grains de café & déposé froidement à côté de la fêtée. Très décevant si l'on considère le coût d'un repas pour lequel nous avons investi près de 900 $ pour souligner cet anniversaire.

The food was a delight for the eye & tastebuds. Smooth & attentive service. We were delayed arriving for lunch, but at no time were we rushed to finish our meal. In total a perfect culinary experience.
