Notre expérience s'est très bien déroulée. La table d'hôte était bien équilibrée avec une entrée d'omble de l'Arctique légèrement fumée, suivie de savoureux pétoncles poêlés des Îles de la Madeleine servis sur un risotto à l'encre de sèche & d'une tarte au fromage de chèvre & petits fruits. La jeune sommelière, qui nous a aussi servie, était très professionnelle & sympathique.

tier. Sur la terrasse, une table sous les poiriers est bien chouette. Les services du menu dégustation en plus d'être beau à voir sont délicats. Mais ça pourrait être plus relevé dans certain cas.
J'ai intitulé la mise en bouche : l'agace bouche tellement la portion est minus. Tout en sachant que c'est le concept : je reste perplexe. Ceci dit ce fût une belle soirée & expérience.
Le gentil serveur débutait visiblement son métier.

This was exactly what my wife & I were seeking for a rare'date night'without the kids. The food was excellent, the service was both warm & professional, & the setting comfortable & uplifting in an understated way. I look forward to returning.

Excellent service, nourriture exquise & surprenante à la fois!
J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la grandeur des tables. Nous étions 2 & il y avait suffisamment d'espace pour nos verres & les ajouts au fil des services (ce que l'on ne voit pas beaucoup ailleurs). Bravo!
