Entrance & plate were ok but quality has gone down since Covid. Only the dessert (cheese cake) was awesome, event though there was a tasteless chip on top of it.

Ai pris le menu dégustation avec vin. À l'un des services, on m'a donné un verre de vin « usagé » pour le service suivant. C'est la raison de la 5è étoile manquante.
Mais ce n'est pas ça qui va m'empêcher de retourner chez-vous.
Dernière remarque: bravo pour les rénovations & les nouvelles chambres sans .... Tapis.

I did not like wine pairings. First two whites too acid. Last tasted like cough syrup. Charging extra for bread is outrageous when bill was $380 for 2 people!

Délais trop long entre l'entrée & le plat principal. Une fois les plats choisis la sommelière a prit beaucoup de temps avant de venir pour le choix du vins. Mais l'expérience a été agréable & la nourriture excellente.

I respect the culinary expertise but the only reason to go here is for an EXPENSIVE « food experience ». The food was good but it's a very particular restaurant. Lots of other amazing spots in Mtl.
