Nous avons été installés à côté de la station des serveurs & de l'endroit de rangement même si le resto était occupé à 20 % à mon arrivée. Tellement bruyant comme table. Mon invitée ayant de grands problèmes d'audition, notre discussion a été laborieuse. Le plat choisi était vraiment excellent & le chocolat caramel également. Merci!

J'adore votre restaurant, je l'ai fait découvrir à notre groupe de laboratoire quand je travaillais, à un groupe d'amies retraitées, aux membre de ma famille qui viennent de l'étranger. Je trouve que vous êtes clairement une vitrine sur ce qui se fait en restauration au Québec; tout est vraiment parfait quand j'y vais avec mes invités & votre bouffe qui nous fait découvrir notre terroir c'est fantastique. Non seulement la présentation de l'assiette était très ordinaire - une portion de pâtes déposée négligemment au milieu de l'assiette - , le plat de pâtes au cacao, bolognese de champignons l'était aussi. Je n'ai pas reconnu les saveurs de cacao ni de champignons dans mes pâtes. Tout était masqué par l'ajout de piment. Comme j'ai déjà merveilleusement bien mangé à l'ITHQ auparavant, je me permet de vous dire que, cette fois-ci, ma déception n'en a été que plus grande.
The service & location were great. The girl who served us was absolutely lovely. The main dish was the best course of the tasting, & the glass of red wine that we took with it was good as well. However, the other courses were a bit mid/nothing special: for example, the soup could've been amazing, but it was way too salty; the taste of the starters was disappointing & didn't stand out. The dessert was also too much & too sweet. These factors made the meal rather overpriced. Overall, it was a nice experience, but the food quality could definitely be improved.
J'ai trouvé l'ambiance sonore dérangeante avec la musique. Est-elle nécessaire quand la salle est pleine Moi je mettrais de la musique seulement lorsqu'il y a peu de clients. & Merci Beaucoup pour votre grande attention!
Très accueillant, localisation de la table conforme à ma demande, bonnes explications de la part du personnel, courtois & attentif,nourriture excellente & bon rapport qualité prix au menu dégustation, & bien sûr, j'y retournerai
