I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely great-each dish was bursting with flavor & beautifully presented. The service was also incredibly attentive, with the staff making sure our every need was met. What stood out the most was that the food wasn't just a meal, but an experience in itself. You can tell that only the finest ingredients were used in every item, making each bite truly memorable. Highly recommend!

The food is okay. Tomato salad should have had fresher tomatoes. The steak was not great - rubbery texture. The sauce was bland. The cheese was quite good. The dessert was excellent. The biggest issue is that the wait for food to be brought to the table is incredibly long.

This is my second time coming back to ithq. Both times, I ordered the tasting menu. All courses were tasty. Of course I had preferences over others. With that said, this is a great experience if you want to try experimental foods, impeccable services in a warm atmosphere *at more affordable prices compared to pure tasting restaurants* Both times were a 2.5-3 hour experience.

Notre expérience au restaurant de l'ITHQ à Montréal a été tout simplement exceptionnelle ! Nous avons été enchantés par notre repas du midi, préparé avec soin par l'équipe de Pasquale Vari. Chaque plat était un véritable délice pour les papilles, mettant en valeur la créativité & le savoir-faire culinaire de l'équipe. L'ambiance était chaleureuse & accueillante, & le service impeccable a ajouté une touche de raffinement à notre expérience. De plus, nous avons été agréablement surpris lorsqu'on nous a offert des crêpes Suzette en guise de dessert, une délicate attention qui a parfaitement conclu ce repas mémorable. Un moment véritablement inoubliable !

Un petit secret bien gardé de Montréal. Que ce soit le restaurant regulier ou celui d application de l'école de cuisine, le service & le menu sont excellents. Une découverte à ne pas manquer. Il n est pas plus cher qu un restaurant standard. Reservation requise à l avance.
