Ma femme & moi avons vécu une belle expérience au resto de L'ITHQ. La nourriture a certainement contribué à rendre cette sortie fort agréable. Mais ce qui a fait toute la différence c'est la qualité du service, particulièrement celui du sommelier qui, de par ces petites attentions nous a fait vivre une si belle expérience.

Excellent service. Belle présentation des plats. Menu assez restreint par contre. Carte des vins correcte. On devrait mentionner que l'eau pétillante n'est pas de sources naturelles mais faites maison. C'est peut-être plus écologique mais nettement moins bon. On renouvelle les bouteilles d'eau sans s'informer si tel est le souhait des convives. On ne le réalise qu'au moment de la facturation.

Le plat de gnocchi étais décevant, brûlé qui donnait un léger goût pas très agréable.
Harmonie de saveurs dans ce plat n'était pas au rendez-vous.
C'est mon troisième visite chez ithq, c'est mon restaurant français numéro 1 à Montréal.
