Bon restaurant serveurs très courtois. Légumes aurait pu être plus cuit. Bison délicieux. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on a enlevé les verres à vin au début du repas sans rien dire

Le service était impeccable à l'exception du sommelier car nous avons du redemander pour nos verres de vin qui nous a été servi de façon trop rapide & la longe de bison manquait un peu de cuisson. Le dessert à la poire & au thé du labrador était excellent!

Je vais au restaurant de l'ITHQ 3 à 4 fois par année depuis plusieurs années ( service du midi ) & je ne suis jamais déçue !
Les assiettes sont superbes & savoureuses.
Le service est impeccable.
Ne parlons pas du prix... vous ne trouverez pas de restaurant de ce niveau à meilleur prix !
Je recommande X 1000 !!! ( N'oubliez pas de réserver à l'avance ! )

Bon repas, bien que les entrées n'étaient pas à la hauteur de l'ITHQ, selon nous. La déclinaison de betteraves manquaient évidemment de vinaigrettes & le croquant de saumon n'avait de croquant que le nom. La cuisson du bison était parfaite & la viande était tendre. La pintade était aussi très bonne. Les desserts étaient très bien, digne de l'ITHQ.
