Saluez & remerciez Andréanne de notre part. Tout était fabuleux, mais une mention spéciale à l'oeuf parfait & son lit de purée de topinambour... dites au chef que je donnerais tout, absolument tout pour avoir sa recette!

Un festival gastronomique sous une supervision serrée, rien n'est laissé au hasard.
Les serveur.euse.s sont attentionné.e.s (& patient.e.s) avec beaucoup d'entregent.

Mon seul bémol, le dessert était au chocolat que je n'aime pas.
J'aurais aimé qu'on m'offre une alternative, considérant le prix du repas.

Souper de groupe jeudi soir. Nous avions choisi le souper Dégustation 5 services & la majorité ont également ajouté l'accord vin. C'était surprenant & surtout succulent. Je vais manger à l'ITHQ au moins 6-7 fois par année & nous prenons la carte ''normale'' / table d'hôte qui est toujours excellente. C'était ma première fois avec le Menu Dégustation & j'ai bien apprécié. Le choix des vins était parfait. A la fin du repas, nous avons eu droit au chariot de digestifs & à un excellent service. & pour terminer, l'expérience chocolat avec une belle présentation. Notre groupe de 14 personnes a grandement apprécié la soirée. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'ITHQ !
