Nous aurions attribué 5 étoiles pour l'ambiance n'eut été d'une tablée de 5 femmes à côté de la nôtres où l'une d'entre elles s'efforçait d'avoir un rire qui étouffait notre conversation. Un manque de savoir vivre élémentaire dont l'ITHQ n'est pas responsable. Peut-être qu'un petit mot gentil de la part du personnel aurait suffi à lui faire comprendre!

Je suis allée de nombreuses fois à l'ITHQ dans le passé & j'y amenais mes amis avec plaisir.
Mais j'étais très déçue : un service conviviale, mais pas aussi appliqué qu'avant; & les repas n'étaient pas aussi mémorables que dans mes souvenirs (peut être est-ce juste le menu de décembre). C'était bon ! Bien exécuté, bien cuit, mais rien de pétillant qui nous fait se dire "Waouh, l'ITHQ".

Je recommanderai toujours d'y aller par contre, pour son menu de haute qualité & abordable.

De l'entrée au dessert,belles présentations,plats que j'ai savouré lentement pour faire durer le plaisir & apprécié toutes les saveurs.En espérant que ce soit toujours aussi bons,car je compte y retourner régulièrement.Très bon service aussi.
