Je garde le terme irréprochable pour des moments d'exception.
Le repas du 19 janvier en était un.
Quel bijou que cet Institut ! Toutes nos félicitations aux beaux humains - & aux producteurs & productrices des matières premières bichonnées avec soin- pour arriver à une telle maîtrise.
Nous sommes aussi de coeur & déjà fiers - qu'il gagne ou non - du travail de Monsieur Samuel Sirois au Bocuse d'or de Lyon.

Le service aux tables a été irréprochable, même très agréable. La nourriture était tiède. Nous avions pris le menu dégustation avec accord mets-vin. Le risotto (entrée chaude) était passable, le riz manquait de cuisson & il y avait des éléments non identifiés mais comme en caoutchouc.
