Accueil particulièrement chaleureux & cuisine de grande qualité. On voit que l'ITHQ accorde une grande importance à la formation des élèves, qui manifestent déjà un talent certain aussi bien en cuisine qu'en salle. Ce fut une belle expérience pour nous quatre en ce jour d'anniversaire.

Excellents plats. Originaux. Créatifs.
On a tenu compte de mes limitations ( sans gluten, sans produits laitiers)
On nous a conseillé un bon vin québécois. Surprenant.
