Bel amalgame de saveurs, textures & présentations dans les assiettes. Le service était efficace, malheureusement peu développé en matière de connaissance de bières offertes par contre. En somme, on y reviendra!

Portions trop petites, tout le groupe est sorti affamé du restaurant. La sauce accompagnant le boeuf était beaucoup trop salée, tuant ainsi le goût, probablement raffiné, du reste des ingrédients.

C'est un peu trop cher pour ce qu'on a. De plus, comme il s'agit de l'Institut d'hôtellerie, on s'attendait à des mets très savoureux, du genre ça vaut vraiment le coup d'y revenir. & bien non, il n'y a pas eu cette réaction & nous avions tous un plat différent

Nous avons commencé par un petit apéro dans une salle annexe où nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster un délicieux pop corn.
Ensuite, place au reaps, un pur délice du début à la fin . L'ambiance était parfaite, musique agréable & pas trop forte. Le service excellent , personnel qualifié & très professionnel , bref une expérience très agréable à refaire !!
