En tant qu'ancien (diplômé de l'ITHQ) c'est toujours un plaisir de constater le niveau d'excellence qui est maintenu tant à la salle à manger du rez-de-chaussée qu'à celle des étudiants à l'étage.

So delicious! The mushroom sausage & the biscuit dessert made a fabulous meal. The in-house bread & butter were light & fresh, yet hearty at the same time. Would have loved to know the ingredients of our dishes better, perhaps printed on the menu. Delightful, & will recommend & return for the savoury & sweet experience!
