Ça fait deux fois cette semaine que j'ai dîné au restaurant de l'ITHQ - par coincidence. Dans les deux cas, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la nourriture variée & bien préparée ainsi que le service soigné. Le sommelier était aussi attentif & nous a donné de bons conseils dans les deux cas.

Je suis très heureux de m'être retrouvé à l'ITHQ à la suite de ma soutenance de thèse, pour savourer ce délicieux repas & célébrer avec mes proches. Malgré un retard important (l'événement universitaire a été plus long que prévu), nous avons bien été accueilli.e.s & avons reçu un service cordial. Merci pour votre souplesse & l'art culinaire finement exécuté, dont nous avons pu bénéficier.

La nourriture est très bonne mais les plats ne sont pas assez chauds, tout juste tièdes, Environnement agréable, toutefois le service avec quelques imprécisions pour les informations.
