Délicieux, bonne ambiance, bon service. 4.5 étoiles. Puisque tout est perfectible, je ne mets pas 5, mais c'était vraiment très bien.

Nous avons passé une très belle & bonne soirée pour l'anniversaire de mon amie. Excellent service autant du sommelier étudiant que de nos serveurs expérimentés. Très bel endroit, en passant. Mon dernier souper a l'ITHQ datait d'il y a environs 30 ans! Excellent souper! Des plats exquis autant pour les yeux que pour le palais! Je n'apprécie pas la fromage de chèvre & pourtant j'ai adoré le plat de mousse de chèvre avec sa déclinaison de betteraves. La mise en bouche étais exquise. Le plat de poisson était un des meilleurs que nous ayons jamais mangé. L'éclair au chocolat avec ses deux sauces salées nous a surpris & charmés. La présentation de plats, tout simplement mémorable! & que dire de l'accord mets/vins! Divin! Sans exagération! Nous prévoyons retourner vous voir très bientôt! Seul bémol s'il en faut un; excellent choix musical, vraiment, mais entendre le même album pendant 3 heures...

Nous avons pris les entrées & plats végétariens ainsi que le dessert vegan. Plusieurs textures & goûts étaient travaillés à chaque fois. J'ai particulièrement aimé l'entrée & le dessert où les saveurs étaient très intéressantes. Pour le plat, c'était une interprétation végétarienne d'une recette normalement carnivore & ce n'est pas mon type de plat végétarien préféré mais c'était cependant bien fait. Le tout était très copieux & le service bon. Merci & au plaisi

The food is delicious with elegant arrangement. It will be even better if it includes a little healthy carb option like mashed sweet potatoes, or wild rice, etc.

Le repas était excellent sauf que l'entrée chaude était tiède. L'accord mets-vins était très bien. Le service en général était bon mais notre serveuse attitrée manquait d'expérience (connaissance du menu) & un peu de finesse.
