Avons profités de la présence du Chef Samuel Sirois de passage à l'ITHQ. Belle expérience culinaire avec le menu découverte. Plats avec finesse & présentation recherchée. Le plat de pintade était très bon, mais dans un menu découverte j'aurais aimé qu'il soit plus raffiné. J'ai bien aimé ma visite & le service était fameux.

Ce fut une soirée merveilleuse !
À l'ITHQ, tout est parfait, l'accueil, le service, la nourriture (diversité, qualité, présentation & goût), le prix raisonnable & un endroit où on n'Ma pas besoin de crier pour se faire entendre des gens à notre table.
Tout ler monde devrait y aller régulièrement, pour en profiter & pour encourager cette école !
