Bonjour j'aime beaucoup votre restaurant

Mon seul bémol est que l'air climatisé est trop forte
Surtout lorsque on s'assoit proche des Fenetres

Été / automne .... Un peu plus de chaleur serait
génial

J'aime beaucoup les invitations thématiques des chefs culinaires ( étoilés) de l'extérieur / je souhaiterais d'être informée plus vite

Également que les chefs invités reste plus longtemps pour pouvoir en profiter à plus de personnes

Apprendre davantage avec votre sommelier accord vin & repas


Garder en notes vos vins .. cette automne j'ai beaucoup aimée un vin blanc

Mais quand je me suis informée le menu avait changé & je n'est pas eut le nom du vin

J'aime l'implication des étudiants
