While the chef is well-trained, as his vanity wall at the entrance can attest to, the choice & quality of ingredients are not what one would expect. Drinks & choice of alcohol were limited, according to the hostess. No choice of vodka, no choice of bottled water. The acoustics make the restaurant very loud & it's difficult to maintain conversations. Unfortunately the service does not get much better, as the hostess refuses to speak English & makes guests feel unwelcome in our own town. She insisted on being present throughout service, which was unnecessary considering her refusal to accommodate us. We expect much more from a business that decides to open in our community. Especially one that charges us $100 per person. Response to the owner: thank you for expressing your regret for our unfortunate experiences. A little correction: the English are found in England. We are anglophone Quebecers.
Holy cow!! If i had to have one last meal before i died, it would be HERE!! The Lamb is insane, the bavette is HEAVENLY. A beautiful little spot that you MUST come to if you live close by our are looking for a next-level meal!
Viande trop cuite osso-buco buco qui ne se détache pas de l'os, boulette de viande sèche & canard trop cuit... dommage car je suis certain qu'avec une meilleur exécution je me serais régalé. Les huîtres étais fraîches
What a great find. This restaurant has become my new favourite place to dine. I had the veal with mushroom sauce (to die for), along with the most delicious mashed potatoes & grilled vegetables (zucchini, peppers, red onions). Everything was well seasoned & the portions were perfect & did not overwhelm (I detest when portions are huge & over the top). The staff was friendly & the owner greeted us upon our arrival & made us feel very welcome. Congratulations to the kitchen for impressing me, because it truly takes a lot, as I am a huge foodie.
I've had two lovely lunches with friends at this restaurant, & both experiences were fantastic. The food was consistently delicious, with every dish thoughtfully prepared & beautifully presented. The service was attentive & friendly, making us feel truly welcome. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the warm atmosphere to the well-chosen ingredients. A wonderful spot for a relaxed & enjoyable meal!

Really wanted to like it, but the veal was rock solide felt like a overcooked steak. Starters were half crispy half saggy calamari. Main was uneven with spices, beef tartare very forgettable. Service was great & lovely, too bad the kitchen couldn't deliver.
Vraiment pas impressionné. Qualité correcte sans plus, portions très petite comme si on était dans la haute gastronomie, mais c'est pas le cas. & le service ordinaire. Bref très dispendieux pour ce qu'on nous offre.
Le restaurant est absolument fantastique. La nourriture, les employés, l'ambiance est tout simplement parfait. Les portions sont juste parfaite. Seul bémol, le prix est relativement élevé. Ceci étant dit notre serveuse était d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. Ses suggestions de plats ainsi que l'accord avec le vin était sans reproche.
