Last night was the first time at Rebelle Bistro but it won't be the last! We sat at the bar & had a lovely dinner. Victoria was warm & friendly, very knowledgeable about the wine & food offerings! We each had two appetizers Cesar salad, lime shrimp, soup of the night & salmon cakes. Everything was perfection! The atmosphere is very welcoming! We have already made another reservation for next Sunday to try the pasta.View more

Absolutely amazing! Party of 4, we were greeted by the owner when we arrived (not sure if this happens to all guests or if we were just lucky!). The staff were phenomenal & professional, nice conversation. The timing in between courses was perfect. We did not feel rushed but felt welcomed. We had the calamari as an appetizer, the Angus beef flank steak with veggies & a pecan tart with cappuccino. All amazing! Food was well seasoned & also in season! As an Interior Designer I quickly notice my surroundings. The setting is chic modern with lovely colors & textures. Simple & beautifully put together. I literally can't wait to go back!View more

Tout était très bien, le service courtois & professionnel, les portions généreuses & délicieuses, nous étions un groupe de 8 convives & chacun y a trouvé son compte. Il manquait par contre quelques vins pourtant affichés au menu, ainsi qu'une ou ou deux entrées. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Ce fut notre première expérience hier soir, mais non la dernière! Excellent restaurant avec places limitées, réserver d'avance! Réservation pour 18:30, arriver d'avance mais aucun problème. Belle place sur la terrace. Pour les plats, il n'avait malheureusement pas de arancini aux champignons, mais l'ont c'est laissé tenter par les escargots à l'ail & fromage de chèvre, en plus des calmars frits. Un vrai délice dans les 2 cas! Probablement les meilleurs calmars que l'on a essayé. Pour les plats principaux, filet de mahi mahi avec sauce au homard, & un tartare de saumon. WOW!!! Que dire de plus! J'en aurais liché l'assiette avoir été seul. Pour finir un mi-cuit au chocolat très savoureux pour terminer sur une bonne note. Service impeccable & rapide tout au long du souper!
