What an amazing night at Rebelle Bistro. Warm & cozy, during a snowy evening. Just another night for Chef Antoine & his team but how special for anyone who walked in that door for a good meal. This is by far, our favorite local resto! I can never take my eye off of the beautiful classic Hofner base guitar, hanging near the bar. Cheers to you & the team Antoine.

Been here a few times now & it's definitely becoming a local go to! Their menu isn't big but there are good options & it's always delicious - usually the same very friendly server.
Mon mari & moi avons passé une belle soirée en amoureux au Bistro Rebelle. Toutefois nous avons trouvé le repas un peu dispendieux pour ce que c'était (1 verre de vin blanc, 1 bière, une entrée de chèvre chaud partagée, 2 bavettes & 1 bouteille de vin rouge pour 215$). La qualité de la nourriture était bonne, cuission de la bavette très bien & le tout était chaud. Le service était rapide.
Au niveau de l'ambiance toutefois il faisait très froid puisqu'on est l'hiver & que le restaurant dispose de très grandes fenêtre. Les chaises en bois ne sont pas confortables. En général ce n'était pas très'cozy'. Je propose d'ajouter un crochet à la salle de bain pour y mettre manteau/sacoche ainsi que des petites lampes ou chandelles sur les tables. Des rideaux ou voilage aux fenêtres pourraient également ajouter à l'atmosphère. Nous y retournerons certainement cet été !
Went for dinner at the bar, service was amazing the server Anne-Marie was very kind & lovely.food was great had the French onion soup was warming on a snowy night. & the hanger steak with grillled veg & polenta. Steak was cooked perfect. Would return 100%

The Rebelle Bistro is a great French style place. Decorated with taste, the food, the service & the ambiance is great. Antoine is a very friendly person.HIs staff is very professional & gentle. A place we will adopt for sure. Value to price is great-
Beau petit bistro avec du charme, assurément l'une des meilleures tables dans « Vaudreuil-Soulanges ». Par un dimanche de décembre, je suis venu ici souper avec un ami. Belle décoration ✓ Bonne bouffe ✓ Service rapide & sympathique de la serveuse ✓ Prix dans la norme ✓ Rien à redire, je reviendrai aux courants des prochains mois avec ma femme.
Had a wonderful dinner last night...The food & preparation was exquisite...You are definitely one of the best restaurants in the west island..'fine cuisine' & a pleasure to visit each time! Presentation & service is equally up there....Keep up the great job!
