Ramen Isshin means One Heart One Ramen. Bringing you true authentic Ramen to the city of Toronto. Our happiness is your happiness & we always want to make you smile.
We offer a variety of bowls that are very unique in flavours, textures and taste. We want you to have our "Isshin" experience and leave satisfied & always smiling!
Our signature Ramen is our Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Every bowl starts in the wok. A generous handful of veggies mixed with our signature blend of red & white miso, sake and other seasonings are fired up. Tonkotsu broth is added and brought to a piping hot temperature, this is then poured over a fresh bed of noodles. This process melds all the flavours perfectly together to give it that unique Isshin taste.
Offering exotic Ramen's like Tsukemen aka Dipping Ramen, our famous Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle and our White Sesame Shio Ramen is what also set's us apart from the other shops in town.
We also pride ourselves also on our large selection of Vegetarian Ramens as well as our awesome

Came here 15 mins before closing & the staff was so generous & patient serving us. I ordered the spicy shio ramen. It was very flavourful & well balanced. The broth was so good & didn't feel too heavy. Although the ramens are on the pricier side (18-23$), the ingredients seem fresh & each component was well executed. They even have vegan options! Good option if you're around the area for ramen!View more

After trying so many Ramen shops, I really cannot enjoy the Black garlic shoyu here. It's mainly salty & lock of flavor profile. & chashu Don was even worse. But service here is ok. Ramen competition is getting hot, Isshin here is not winning.View more

Just one thing, the music is often too loud, & playing offensive music. It's often loud rap talking about putting'h***' in their place, swearing, profanity, etc. Not the most appetizing when trying to enjoy some ramen. The food is great & the people working there are so nice.View more

Amazinggg foooddd so authentic & that fried chicken with the ramen. CHEFS KISSS. Also I've never experienced service like this. They ask you if you're okay all the time & fill up your cup before it even gets empty. I love this place & I think I'm going to be a regular. The first waiter was nice & fun to talk to. But the food.... Very disappointing. The broth for our ramen was good & very tasty. But all of our add-ons were cold. We brought it up to the second waiter... They responded that cold meats & eggs was "normal" & to be expected for ramen. The meat was VERY cold, as if it was just pulled out of the fridge. It is fair to say that I am not coming back to this location & neither should you for the price.View more

J'ai aimé mon dîner entre amis à ce resto, les ramens étaient délicieux ainsi que les entrées. Nous étions 4 & tous avons pris des assiettes différentes & tout étaient beaux à regarder aussi. La seule chose c'est qu'ils avaient oublié qu'ont avaient commandé un dessert alors on a attendu 20 minutes & j'ai demandé à une personne lorsqu'elle est venue près de nous ...
