The broth was incredibly flavourful & rich. Portions are generous & big.

My girlfriend ordered the Red Dragon, which was delicious but ended up being a bit too spicy for her taste. The staff were kind & understanding, & offered us a replacement without any hesitation.

Would definitely go back despite the long drive.

My wife & I tried Ramen Isshin for the first time & we both loved it. We shared a couple Korokke for appetizers then had the spicy & regular miso ramen & everything was great. The staff was very friendly.

We took the Garlic Shoyu & Spicy Miso ramens. The broth was very rich, hit the spot on a winter day. The egg & pork toppings are amazing. Service was fast & courteous.

Had the red miso ramen & it was excellent. The broth was well balanced lightly spicy & sweet with great aromatics. The addition of carrots was a nice touch. The broth to noodle ratio was also on point which seems to be a miss in other places. Also had the Karaage chicken & it was ok, a bit too oily. The edamame had garlic powder which was an interesting addition. Overall recommended.

I recently visited here & had the pleasure of trying both the spicy miso ramen, the shoyu ramen & takoyaki Ofc! All dishes were absolutely delicious, with rich, flavorful broths that were perfectly balanced. The noodles, however, were the standout - they had just the right texture, with a satisfying chew that complemented the broth so well. The service was also great - the staff was friendly & attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic meal & I'll definitely be returning! Highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic & well-executed ramen.

Why is ramen so expensive?!?! It really bothers me. Isshin tastes good, especially the spicy red dragon (the roasted garlic is great too) but is it worth it? Really don't know. Especially for little meat. Anyways, pay for the extra egg, if you do not already have in your meal. Good. Special shout out to the tsukemen. Not the best but is a nice item to have on the menu. Sadly, slurping ramen is not a thing anymore. Ha!

Came here 15 mins before closing & the staff was so generous & patient serving us. I ordered the spicy shio ramen. It was very flavourful & well balanced. The broth was so good & didn't feel too heavy. Although the ramens are on the pricier side (18-23$), the ingredients seem fresh & each component was well executed. They even have vegan options! Good option if you're around the area for ramen!

Always amazing & consistent vegan ramen. Our favourite is the spicy veggie miso ramen with kale noodles (the kale noodles are the only vegan noodles but they're also gluten-free & tasty so it's a win win)

Moi & ma fréquentation sommes aller & nous avons tout simplement adorés notre expérience! Le lieu est magnifique & le staff est plus que réactif aux multiples demandes de madame. Nous avons pris les SPICY WHITE SESAME SHIO avec un à coté de red dragon chili & c’etait sublime. Nous recommandons à tous !
